Q: Why can’t I find an item that was just on the website yesterday?

A:  All jewelry and accessories are thoughtfully handcrafted with love in limited quantities and not mass produced.  Because of this, the collections and featured pieces frequently change throughout the year.  So, grab them when you see them ;-)

 

ORDERS

Custom Orders

Q:  Can I order a custom jewelry piece?

A: Yes.  All customer jewelry pieces require a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to me starting on the order.  Pricing and the time to complete an order for custom orders varies based on complexity and material required to complete the order.  Please refer to the Custom Orders page for additional information.

 

Gift Cards

Q: Can I purchase gift cards?

A: Yes.  Gift cards can be purchased on the website in denominations of $10, $25, $50, and $100.  The gift cards can be found on the Shop page of the website.

 

Bracelet Sizes

Q: How do I determine which size bracelet will fit my wrist?

A: All Simply Ro bracelets are stretch bracelets, which allows for a more versatile fit on various sizes of wrists.  Therefore, more than one size may comfortably fit your wrist, depending if you would like a more snug or looser fit.  If you'd like your bracelet to fit tighter to your wrist, then it's suggested that you measure your wrist and the order the size closest to your measurement.  Note: Because the bracelets are made in limited quantities, bracelet designs are not made in every size.  Please pay attention to available size(s) when ordering, refunds or exchanges will not be made due to the ordering of the incorrect size.

 

Q:  How do I measure my wrist?

A: 

1. Wrap a tape measure around the part of your wrist where it would be          comfortable to wear your bracelet. 

2. Ensure that the tape measure is snug, but comfortable.  Use that size, in inches, to determine which size will fit best for you.

3.  If you would like a slightly looser fit for your bracelet, add 1/4" to the size determined in Step 2.

 

Sales Tax

Q: Why is sales tax being charged on my order?

A: Simply Ro Jewelry & Accessories is required by law to collect 6% sales tax on all taxable orders, to include associated shipping and handling fees, shipped to a Maryland address.  This 6% sales tax is paid to the state of Maryland.

 

Processing

Q:  How long will it take for my order to be processed?

A:  Orders are usually processed within 1 business day; business days are Monday – Friday.  All orders placed during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will not be processed until the following Monday.

 

Q: What do I need to do if I purchased my order as a gift?

A:  If you’re purchasing your order as a gift that you are having shipped directly to the gift recipient, please indicate this in the “Special Comments” box at checkout.  Otherwise, a tracking slip will be placed inside of your shipped package.

 

Shipping

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A:  Orders are usually shipped within 2-7 business days of being processed; business days are Monday – Friday. 

 

Q:  How will I know that my order has been shipped?

A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please email orders@simplyrojewelry.com.  Please be sure to include your name and order number in the email.

 

Q:  Who pays for shipping and handling?

A:  The customer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling fees at the time of checkout for all orders totaling under $100.  All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  No shipping and handling fees are charged to the customer for all orders totaling $100 and up before tax (if applicable).  Note: The "Shipping" fee displayed on the checkout screen reflects a combination of shipping and handling fees.

 

Q: Can order be shipped internationally?

A:  At this time, orders are only shipped domestically in the United States.

 

Q: Which carrier will be used to ship my order?

A:  All orders are shipped flat rate through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Once shipped, orders usually take 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency on your local postal service.  Note:  As the result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, packages may take longer to be delivered.

 

Q:  What happens if I do not receive my package due to it being stolen?

A: Simply Ro Jewelry & Accessories is not responsible for any stolen packages.  It’s highly recommended that you ship to a secure, attended, location.

 

Return Policy

Q: How do I return an item or request a refund?

A:  Because each item is unique and handcrafted in limited quantities, returned items are not accepted.  Additionally, refunds will not be issued on orders that have completed payment and been shipped.

 

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?

A: Your happiness and satisfaction are important to me.  In the event, you are not satisfied with your order, please send an email to orders@simplyrojewelry.com, within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order, stating your reason for dissatisfaction.  I will respond to your email in a timely manner to discuss and resolve the matter.
